Chad Heath
President

Chad began his Internet Marketing career back in 2000 when he opened an ecommerce website selling musical instruments. The store became very successful, largely due to his innovative marketing practices. He developed a passion for internet marketing and eventually sold the site to start Netmark Essentials.

Chad's research into SEO, and the search engine algorithms led to a deep understanding of how the search engines work. This knowledge, paired with his general knowledge of Internet Marketing led to the birth of Netmark Essentials.

Chad's success in SEO, PPC and other internet marketing techniques stems from his unquenchable thirst for internet marketing knowledge. He is constantly researching and testing new techniques in order to deliver the strongest results possible. Chad and Josh conduct a daily training meeting with the team in order to keep everyone fresh and up to date on the newest information regarding search engine optimization.

Chad loves being a problem solver. He always has a positive and optimistic attitude and if you ask him why, he'll quickly tell you that it's because he truely enjoys his work.

Josh Dalton
Vice-President

Josh began his career at Netmark Essentials in mid-2007. At Netmark, Josh oversees both the search engine optimization and pay-per-click departments. Josh is also heavily involved in the company's research division as he and his team continually strive to unlock the secrets of the ever changing Google, Yahoo, and MSN algorithms.

Josh graduated from Idaho State University with a Business Administrative degree in Finance. He has been happily married for over 7 years to his wife Kristin, and they now have two children together. His passions include, search engine optimization, financial analysis, spending time with his family, and very long vacations.

Nathan Hawkes
Director Of Sales

Nathan has been with Netmark Essentials since it's infancy. He has been in sales for over 10 years and has managed a very successful Mattress company and equally successful Jewelry store for many years prior to coming to Netmark.

Nothing makes him happier than to spend time and have fun with his lovely wife and very beautiful 3 year old daughter.

Nathan's professionalism, attitude, and experience bring many of our new clients to Netmark Essentials and help to maintain our focus on the future.

Phil Bowyer
Technical Director

Phil entered the IT world in 1994, just as the Internet was beginning to become a household name. In his 14 years in the business, Phil has consulted for both small and large companies including Golden State Foods (McDonalds), Scripto-Tokai and Sunkist Foods.

Phil's specialty is in web development, but also holds certifications in Server Administration & Application Development on Lotus Notes/Domino, IBM Websphere Development and AS/400 for Domino Implementation.

Phil runs an internet radio station (phibble.com) in his spare time, as well as volunteering for the local police department.

Corey Dalton
Link Building Specialist

Corey graduated from Columbia Basin College where she earned a Degree in the Arts and Sciences. She is continuing her education by studying Marketing in the ever changing Web 2.0 world.

Through her innovation and constant experimentation with new techniques, Corey quickly became an expert link builder. She continues to deliver impressive numbers month after month. Her strategic planning skills and innovative methods have made her into one of our most valued team members.

Corey believes that every moment not working should be spent playing sports, boating, and hanging out with family and friends. She likes to be spontaneous. She's a huge fan of The Office TV series. In fact, we refer to her as the "assistant to the regional manager" here. Corey tries to do all she can here at Netmark Essentials to make sure that our firm runs as smoothly and professionally as Dunder Mifflin.

Jason Kirby
Senior SEO Specialist

Jason has been in the computer field for over 20 years. He started becoming interested in computer programming at the age of 12 when he started learning BASIC and eventually became adept at PASCAL, C/C++/C#, Java, .NET, and other literative style programming languages. Jason currently holds a bachelors degree in computer science from Idaho State University where he was trained in software development and engineering, Linux administration, web design, database administration, technical writing, and information systems.

Jason has provided computer and software support for many companies. He has worked as an independent contractor creating software applications, web applications, and websites for organizations and individuals that needs these services. Jason's web development skills are versatile and include programming in PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, PERL, and Python.

Jason is also an avid musician holding a bachelors degree in music from the University of Oregon. He plays a multitude of instruments and spends his free time composing music and practicing the guitar, bass, piano, and drums. He is also a private music instructor. His ultimate goal is to use his knowledge of music and computers to advance developments in the music field.

Matthew Murray
Senior SEO Specialist

Matthew has been around computers for most of his life, having used them since the age of 5. His interest in them as something other than a way to play video games began at 15, when he took a computer scripting class where he quickly surpassed his fellow students in both concept and execution. Since then he has taught himself the basics of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Computer Graphics. He is now pursuing a degree in Web Development, and is entering his final semester of the program.
